Formex subscription - MIDI
An offer for all exhibitors who book at least two Formex fairs within a period of 14 months: January and January or August and August.
This is included in the Formex Subscription MIDI:
- 500 discount on the starter package (regular price 6 895 kr)
- 250 discount per square meter (regular price 1 630 kr)
- Free tickets based on rented stand space size
- Free brand exposure on the exhibitor portal for all exhibitors regardless of stand space

Formex subscription - MAXI
An offer for all Formex exhibitors who book at least two Formex shows within a 12-month period: January and August or August and January.
This is included in the Formex Subscription MAXI:
- 1,000 discount on the starter kit (regular price 6,895 SEK)
- 350 discount per square meter (regular price 1 630 kr)
- Free tickets based on rented stand space size
- Free brand exposure on the exhibitor portal for all exhibitors regardless of stand space

Co-exhibitor fee - SEK 5 095
If you want to exhibit together with another company (the main exhibitor), you pay a co-exhibitor fee. As a co-exhibitor, you receive the same service and are marketed in the same way as the main exhibitor.

Conditions
Freight and empty packaging management (Starter kit)
Quantities of goods exceeding 1000 kg or 4 cubic meters must be pre-booked at least four working days before the arrival of the goods. (Unscheduled unloading/loading will be charged. Special agreements may apply for heavy lifting)

Formex Craft & Creative
Craft & Creative is our stand offer for craftsmen and designers who have their own craft or design to showcase in a ready-made stand at a good price.
Dimensions and walls
- 2 m deep and 2.3 or 4 m wide.
- 1 m wide partition wall to the stand neighbour
- All walls are 2.5 m high
It includes a spotlight on each running meter of back wall, carpet and wall paint in the NCS color of your choice.
Price: 1 130 SEK/sqm.
In addition to the price, there is a booking fee of SEK 6,895.
Formex Easy Stand
These smart stands are located in various places around the fair. Here you can book a ready-made stand at a good price.
Formex Easy Stand is available in Lifestyle Garden, Baby Kids Toys and Fashion Accessories.
The dimensions of the stand are
- 2 m deep and 2.3 or 4 m wide
- 2 m wide partition to stand neighbor and two open sides
- All walls are 2.5 m high
It includes a spotlight on each running meter of back wall, carpet and wall paint in the NCS color of your choice.
Price: 1 130 SEK/sqm.
In addition to the price, there is a booking fee of SEK 6,895.
Color & expression
In our smart stand packages Craft & Creative and Easy Stand, you choose the color of both carpet and walls – to create an expression that suits your brand.
Carpet: Expo Classic
A sustainable choice that is washed and reused. Available in 15 different colors to choose from (see all colors below).
Wall paint
The walls are painted in any NCS code so you can match the walls with your products, logo or style.
