Book Formex subscription – Step by step:
- Choose whether you want to exhibit at Formex once or twice a year
- Open the MIDI or MAXI agreement (fillable PDF)
- Fill in your details and save it on your own computer
- Email your completed PDF to our sales team at sales.formex@stockholmsmassan.se
- We will email you an invitation to digital signing
- Sign the document from us. Done!
Formex subscription – MAXI
An offer to all exhibitors who book at least two Formex fairs within a 12-month period: January and August or August and January.
This is included in the Formex MAXI subscription:
- 1,000 discount on the starter pack* (regular price 6,795 SEK)
- 350 discount per square meter (regular price 1 595 kr)
- Free tickets based on rented stand space size
- Free brand exposure on the exhibitor portal for all exhibitors regardless of stand space
Ordinary price until 2026 up to 1635kr/sqm.

This is included in the Formex subscription MIDI:
- 500 discount on the starter package* (regular price 6 795 kr)
- SEK 250 discount per square meter (regular price SEK 1,595)
- Free tickets based on rented stand space size
- Free brand exposure on the exhibitor portal for all exhibitors regardless of stand space
