After its highly acclaimed premiere in the spring, the Sustainability Stand will make a comeback at Formex in August 2025 \u2013 now in an even larger format. The exhibition is moving into Hall A and expanding from 33 to over 100 square metres, bringing together sustainability initiatives at Formex. It now offers space for 20 exhibitors, all passionate about sustainable solutions. <\/strong><\/p>\n

A diversity of sustainable products<\/h3>\n

Here you will find a wide range of sustainable products – from interior design, lighting and beauty to children’s products and cleaning. New this year, several exhibitors will have staff on hand to answer questions and talk about their sustainability efforts. <\/p>\n

For unmanned stands, visitors can easily order via QR codes, making sustainable purchasing both convenient and accessible.<\/p>\n

A stand built with care<\/h3>\n

The stand itself is an example of sustainability in practice. It uses recycled podiums from previous fairs, rental walls, furniture and a Tarkett carpet that was previously in a stand at the Stockholm Furniture Fair. <\/p>\n

Fashion + reuse = True<\/h3>\n

A real eye-catcher at the stand are the creations of remake designer Stina L\u00f6ving – garments sewn from recycled decors from the spring sustainability caf\u00e9 Cafe Conversation Piece. The result? A ruffled pant with a matching top and a gala skirt with a train, full of drama and volume. <\/p>\n

– I used all the material I was given, including the rubber strips that I tucked into the edges of the ruffles for extra stun. And if there’s one thing I love, it’s huge ruffles! says Stina L\u00f6ving. <\/p>\n

The garments can be rented via Stina L\u00f6ving, so that more people can contribute to extending the life of textiles.<\/p>\n
