Tell us about your latest experience at the Formex Fair in January 2023!
It was my 23rd time exhibiting at the Formex Fair and I think it was the best one so far! Not only because I received so many orders, but also because it was enjoyable. I appreciated that there were not only exhibitors and lectures, but also various activities such as color theory, exhibitions, and more. During this particular fair, I noticed that Formex has developed and become even better.

Did you have any goals for exhibiting at the fair?
y primary goal was to show all my beloved retailers that I am still here and developing my business. Then of course, I also wanted to meet new and potential retailers.

What does a fair like Formex mean to Emma Sjödin Design?
It means a lot. Formex is a meeting place, not only for business but also for meeting other exhibitors. Formex is also a platform to showcase new collections and invite my network of influencers.

Do you have any tips for other businesses that want to exhibit at Formex?
Do a lot of research. Think carefully about what you want to convey as a company. But also have long-term goals. Contact companies beforehand and invite them. Dare to be different. It is only “in your own way” that you can make your company successful.
